Which size is the right one for me?

So that you are not unpleasantly surprised, you will find the measuring instructions and the appropriate size charts for all our wetsuits and kitesurfing harnesses in this article :

Not all sizes appear in the size selection. What does this mean?

At the moment, only the sizes shown here are available. Other sizes are unfortunately out of stock, or only available on request.

How can I pay?

Payment by bank transfer:

Pay comfortably and securely by bank transfer. We will process your order as soon as your transfer has been received on our account. The indicated delivery times apply as soon as the money has been received on our account.

Payment by cash on delivery:

You can also order by cash on delivery at Coronation-Industries, please note that you pay for your goods directly at the door. In case of payment by cash on delivery, an NN fee of 4.90 euros (4.90 euros NN + 2.-- euros delivery charge) will be charged. Payment by cash on delivery is only possible for deliveries within Germany.

Payment by PayPal:

Payment via PayPal is also possible and is offered as a selection option in the order process.

Payment by invoice:

Delivery to account or direct debit is unfortunately not possible!

For transfers from abroad, the buyer must bear all costs of the transfer, including the costs incurred for the transfer. Please transfer the amount to the following account and indicate your order number, name and item keyword as the reason for payment. You will receive the order number by email with the order confirmation after placing the order.

How can I review my orders?

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can review your past orders by logging in to your customer area using your login and password.

When will my order reach me and how will it be shipped?

In GERMANY, the delivery time is 1 to 5 working days from receipt of payment. The indication of the delivery time appears when selecting the respective article and the corresponding size, if this is not the case, don't be shy and contact us. If you pay in advance, this information is valid from the receipt of the money on our account. According to DHL & GLS, the goods will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days throughout Germany. Bulky goods have longer delivery times. If we cannot execute an order immediately because the desired goods are not available, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. In this case we will inform you immediately. In the exceptional case of definitive unavailability of the desired goods, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Our staff will gladly and competently assist you in selecting suitable alternatives. The delivery time to other EU countries is 3 to 5 days from receipt of payment if the goods are available. We ship our goods exclusively to other European countries with DHL - Deutsche Post and GLS.

How do I use a voucher?

If you have received a voucher, you can redeem it at the end of the order by entering the voucher code. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. If you have received a handwritten gift voucher as a gift, fill in your order as usual and contact us so that we can adjust your order.

I have forgotten my email address or username. What can I do?

If you have forgotten your username, send us an e-mail with your name and e-mail address and you will receive the username you created. If you have forgotten your email address, you will need to register again or simply contact us.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home, don't panic! The friendly driver from DHL - Deutsche Post will leave a notification in your mailbox. Together with the notification card, you will receive your delivery at the next post office upon presentation of your ID.

My order has not yet arrived What can I do?

If we cannot execute an order immediately because the desired goods are not available, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. In the exceptional case of definitive unavailability of the desired products, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. Our staff will be happy to assist you competently in selecting suitable alternatives.

I want to exchange or return something. What and how can I exchange something?

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which the consumer's individual choice or determination is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

You have the right to terminate this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) on your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is not, however, obligatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you terminate this Agreement, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges resulting from you choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notification of your termination of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will this refund be charged to you. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

How do I get my money back if I return it?

The basic requirement for a quick refund of your money is a completed return slip with your full bank details. For returns abroad we also need your IBAN & BIC number.

The processing time is approximately 10 working days.

Why is the item I ordered out of stock?

In the case of highly demanded articles, it can unfortunately happen that the article offered is no longer available at the time of your order, because the stock has been consulted from different sides. Our staff will gladly and competently help you to choose the appropriate alternatives.

I have paid in advance by bank transfer but one or all articles are out of stock. What happens to my money?

In this case you will of course be refunded as soon as we have your bank details. If we have not received your bank details, we will contact you as soon as possible. We always refund in the same way as the payment was received.
