The worldwide shipping of our products is part of our daily business. We are able to send your order to almost any place in the world. We send all our parcels via DHL. If want your order to be sent to an island or a really remote place that you cannot find any info on below, just CONTACT us.

Shipping inside of germany

order value --> below 150€    -    shipping costs of 5,95€
order value --> more than 150€      -    shipping costs of 3,95€

shipping costs for kiteboards   -    due to the length of the boards we have to charge an extra 12€

COD - cash on delivery  -  we charge a fee of 4,90€ for cash on delivery, DHL will charge an additional 2€ for their service

Shipping to EU countries

order value --> below 150€    -    shipping costs of 13,95€
order value --> more than 150€   -    shipping costs of 9,95€

shippng costs for kiteboards    -    due to the overlength of the boards we have to charge an additional 19,95€

COD - cash on delivery        -    unfortunately cash on delivery is only possible inside of germany

European non EU countries

regular shipping costs of 18,90€

shipping costs for kiteboards   -    due to the overlength of the boards we have to charge an additional 29,95€

If you are ordering from a non-EU country, you will not have to pay the german taxes . As long as you're not already logged in and you have not created an account with a non-EU address, all the prices on our homepage are including the german tax of 19%.

A little example of how you find out your price:

"price as shown in the webshop" / 1,19 = "Price without taxes" (netto export price)

399€/1,19 = 335,29€
(63,71€ tax)

Extra fees might be charged as soon as your order arrives in your country.

Wire transfer

Our common and preferred payment method is the wire transfer. In this case you have to pay for your order in advance and as soon as we receive your payment, we we will send you your order. For this payment method you will need our following bank details:

The quickest way to receive your order is to pay via Paypal.

In this case we´ll also send you your order as soon as we receive your money. In the "purpose of use" block please put down your order number.

Cash On Delivery

The payment method "Cash On Delivery" only works for adresses within germany. If you live outside of germany, you will not be able to choose this payment method.

Shipping information

If its possible you will receive your whole order in one parcel. We will only send your order in different parcels if we have to send it seperately. In this case we will pay the difference so that you won´t have any further costs.
