Slingshot HIGH LINE Details

The Highline is an entirely new breed of cable board designed to deliver all the thrills you’ve come to expect from Slingshot at a more affordable price-point. This board features a simple wood core that is lively underfoot and easy to manipulate on obstacles, as well as Singleshot fusion sidewalls, Carbon Bedrock Inserts, and a new PBT Park Base to protect the core. The Highline is similar in design to the Windsor Pro model, yet simplified, to deliver a fast, fun, and free feeling ride throughout cableparks around the globe.

1 | CARBON BEDROCK INSERTS
Leicht, flexibel und extrem haltbar. Die Inserts bei all unseren Wakeboards sitzen auf einer Carbon-Base. So kann das Gewicht des Boards reduziert und die Zugfestigkeit der Inserts erhöht werden. Zudem beeinflussen die Inserts das Flexverhalten des Rumpfes im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Konstruktionen nicht negativ.

2 | CONTINUOUS ROCKER PROFILE
Eine höhere Gleitgeschwindigkeit auf dem Wasser, längere Sessions mit geringerer Beanspruchung deiner Armmuskulatur und die erfrischende Kombination aus Fahrspaß und direktem Boardgefühl – das sind die Eigenschaften unseres Continous-Rockers.

3 | SINGLESHOT FUSION SIDEWALLS
Wir haben eine Technologie die sonst für die Herstellung hochwertiger Skateboard-Wheels genutzt wird transferiert und in die Konstruktion unserer Wakeboards einfließen lassen. Dieser innovative Prozess schießt im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes direkt in den Boardkern ein und sorgt dafür, dass die kompletten Urethan-Kanten in einem Guss, ohne Nähte oder Übergänge hergestellt werden können. Das macht die Singleshot-Fusion-Sidewalls extrem robust.

4 | PBT PARK BASE
This new base material is fast and free on obstacles and built to slide through the seasons while protecting the core of the board.

All unsere Wakeboards werden aus nachhaltig gewonnenem Holz gefertigt. Unsere Holzlieferanten sind vom Forest-Stewardship-Council zertifiziert und stehen für ökologisch, sozial und wirtschaftlich verantwortungsbewusste Forstwirtschaft ein.
Die Erfüllung der gebotenen Standards verbietet beispielsweise die Abholzung von Wäldern mit seltenen, oder besonders alten Baumbeständen sowie den Einsatz von hochgefährlichen Chemikalien. Zudem werden die Interessen indigener Bevölkerungsgruppen geschützt und sichergestellt, dass ihre Stimme im Zuge der Zertifizierungsprozesse gehört wird.
