Details

The X Caliber Wood is designed for intermediate to advanced riders looking for a freestyle model that can perform in varied water conditions.

Nothing beats the feel of a natural wood core when it comes to a high performance dampened ride. The X Caliber Wood shares the same shape as its carbon counterpart but has a completely different ride, especially in less than perfect water conditions. The wood construction absorbs the chop like no other giving you a softer ride and the ability to edge when the going gets tough. Better edging leads to better pop. And in freestyle, pop is everything.

PROFILDESIGN:

Freestyle-Board mit Paulownia-Holzkern für geschmeidiges Fahrgefühl.

RIDER-PROFIL:

Fortgeschrittene bzw. Profi-Freestyler, die ein Freestyle-Board für verschiedenste Bedingungen suchen.

Bei der Kombination aus High-Performance und geschmeidigem Fahrgefühl ist ein natürlicher Holzkern einfach unschlagbar. Das XCaliber Wood hat denselben Shape wie die Carbon-Version, fühlt sich aber vor allem in weniger perfekten Wasserbedingungen (sprich: fernab butterflacher Lagunen) komplett anders an. Die Holzkonstruktion dämpft kabbelige Bedingungen optimal aus und fühlt sich auf dem Wasser weicher an. Das XCal Wood lässt sich auch bei rauen Verhältnissen hervorragend ankanten. Besseres Edging führt zu besserem Pop – und wie wir wissen, ist Pop beim Freestyle das A und O.
