Der brandneue Whip-Shape für 2022 sorgt in unserer erstklassigen D/LAB-Konstruktion für eine ganz neue Ebene von Performance und Langlebigkeit. Key-Feature der neuen D/LAB-Konstruktion ist dabei der neue Shock Absorber aus Reflex-Memory-Foam (RMF) auf dem Deck des Boards, der das Fahrgefühl der D/Lab-Boards auf dem Wasser unglaublich direkt macht, selbst im Vergleich zu den SLS-Boards. Dabei ist der RMF nicht nur merklich leichter als unser Cork Shock Absorber, sondern kann auch noch mit wichtigen technischen Vorteilen aufwarten, darunter den magisch anmutenden Effekt des Rückstellschaums. Wenn du beispielsweise einen deiner Freestyle-Tricks hart landest und dabei eine kleine Delle im Deck zurückbleibt, dann wird diese mit der Zeit wieder ausgebügelt und das Deck nimmt seine ursprüngliche Form wieder an – für ein Board, das länger wie neu aussieht. Zusätzlich fühlt es sich dank der herausragenden Schwingungsdämpfung des RMF so an, als würde man auf einem Luftkissen fahren, da das hochfrequente Rattern durch den Wellengang verringert wird. Dieses unglaublich sanfte Fahrgefühl flößt dir Vertrauen ein, wenn du die Lip in Angriff nimmst und Airs landest, weil du weißt, dass dein Board die Stöße dämpft und höchste Performance liefert, ohne dass du dabei auf Langlebigkeit verzichten musst. Das komplett neue Duotone Whip D/LAB ist ein großartiges Board, mit dem du große Fortschritte bei deinen Freestyle-Tricks machen kannst. Außerdem ist es eines der Performance-Surfboards, das von unserem Team am meisten geschätzt wird, und mit dem du garantiert immer an der richtigen Stelle auf der Welle platziert bist – von eng im Pocket bis hin zu über der Lip und großen Open-Faced-Carves in kleinen oder mittleren Wellen. It’s the brand new 2022 Whip shape, but in our premium D/LAB construction that brings another level of performance and durability. The key feature of the new Duotone D/Lab construction is the new Reflex Memory Foam Shock Absorber on the deck of the board, making D/Lab boards feel incredibly more responsive on the water, even compared to SLS boards. Notably lighter than our Cork Shock Absorber, the RMF also boasts key technical benefits including the magical property of memory. If you land hard from your freestyle tricks and put a small dent in the deck, it will over time gradually push the dent out to its original shape and your board will stay looking like new for longer.
